Attendance Updates
1. Outdoor Entry (OD):
✅ Monthly OD Limits: Set separate monthly time limits (in minutes) for Official and Personal OD
✅ OD Instance Limits: Define how many times employees can submit Official or Personal OD entries per month
2.High-Precision GPS:
Improve attendance location accuracy by enabling high-precision GPS on smartphones
3.Send Customize Report Mail:
We can send the Customized Reports on mail to the Reporting manager which has been created through Report builder.
4.Attendance Reports:
OD and Leave remarks are visible in the Daily Attendance (Basic) Reports.
5. Abnormality Report:
View attendance dates along with counts of Absent, Late, and Early entries
6. Manager-based Punch:
Employees can punch in/out using the manager’s app login – ideal for field or blue-collar staff (add-on).

7. Geofence Distance Tracking:
Track how far employees are from geofenced locations via the Device Logs.
8.Enable 2FA in System Users to enable Two-Factor Authentication. It adds an extra layer of security by requiring
a mobile-generated code along with the password. 2FA can be enabled per user.
9.Show Photo Filter in Employees to filter the employee list by profile photo status:
a. Photo – Shows employees with a profile photo
b. No Photo – Shows employees without a profile photo.
10.Sync Offline Punch:
Enables mobile punch capture without internet; punches outside geo-fence or with GPS off won’t be recorded.
Payroll Updates
We have made following updates in our software for this quarter.
1. Yearly Summary Report now includes Gross Total, Total Deductions, and Net Earnings.
2. New Payslip introduced with Leave Consumed & Balance Details.
3. Bulk Tax Regime Selection enabled via Excel upload.
4.Tax Regime selection option is provided for individuals to select the regime from Admin portal for the current and previous financial year.
5. Loan Receipt is now accessible in the Manager ESS Portal..
6. New Payslip Format is provided.
7. Designation Filter added in the Employee Review Form to assign reviews by role.:
8. Bulk Approve/Decline Options added for Expense Claims.:
9. Company Filter added to assign OKRs based on branch/company.
10. A new window displays the opted tax regime of all employees.
